Our Mission

EvictionAnswerForm.com was established by housing justice researchers and legal technologists to democratize access to the civil justice system. Over 90% of residential landlords in eviction court are represented by experienced litigation counsel, while fewer than 10% of tenants have legal representation.

We provide tenants with plain-language procedural guides, statutory deadline calculators, and structured Answer templates so that no family is evicted by default simply because they did not know how to respond to court paperwork.
